By Air: The nearest airport to San Francisco is the Surigao City Airport. From Manila or Cebu, you can take a direct flight to Surigao City via major airlines such as Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and SkyJet Airlines. From the airport, you can take a van or a bus to San Francisco.

By Land: From Butuan City or Surigao City, you can take a bus or van to the town of Claver, which is adjacent to San Francisco. The travel time is around 2 to 3 hours. From Claver, you can take a tricycle or habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to San Francisco.

By Sea: You can also take a ferry or fast craft from Surigao City to the town of San Benito, which is around 30 minutes away from San Francisco. From San Benito, you can take a tricycle or habal-habal to San Francisco.
