Trento is a stunning town in Agusan del Sur province located in the southern part of the state with a total area is 8,637 hectares. The community consists of 11 barangays with a population of over 17,000. Trento is known for its lush forests and rolling hills. It is also rich in natural resources such as wood, abaca fiber, coconut, coffee, cocoa, and other agricultural products. It also has several attractions such as the Guinanayan Waterfall and the historic ruins of San Jose de Buena Vista Church.

HOW TO GET THERE


The best way to get to Trento is by land transportation.

If you are coming from Manila or other major cities, you can take a direct flight to Butuan City, which is approximately 60 kilometers away from Trento. Once you arrive in Butuan, you can take a van or bus from the bus terminal in Langihan to Trento.

Another option is to take a bus or van from Davao City to Trento. There are several bus and van companies that offer trips from Davao City to Trento, with travel time usually taking around 3-4 hours.

If you are coming from nearby towns and cities, you can also take a jeepney or bus to Trento from their respective terminals.
