Villanueva is a second-class municipality in the eastern province of Misamis in the Philippines. At the 2020 census, the population of Villanueva, Misamis Oriental was 40,419 and had a population density of 830 people per square kilometer or 2,100 people per square mile. The presence of companies such as Philippine Sinter Corporation (PSC), STEAG State Power Inc., Purina, and the newly opened Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc. contribute to the community's income, although it is predominantly agricultural in nature.

The altitude of these coordinates is estimated to be 5.9 m above mean sea level. The largest age group for Talisayan is 2,852 km in eastern Masamis.

Sugbongcogon is a 5th-class municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental, Philippines. As of the 2020 census, it has a population of 9,764 inhabitants. The age group with the highest population in Sugbongcogon is between 5 and 9 years old, with 1,138 individuals. Aggregated by age groups, persons 14 years of age and younger, including the dependent young population including infants/infants, children, and young adults/young adults, make up a total of 35. 42%.

Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental

Tagoloan is a municipality in the province of Misamis in the eastern Philippines. It is located southeast of the city of Cagayan de Oro. According to the 2020 Census, the population is  80,319 people.  On May 3, 1942,  the Kawamura detachment's Imperial Japanese Army began landing from Panay to Cagayan de Misamis and Tagoloan. After the Allies landed at Cagayan de Misamis, the city was liberated on  May 10, 1945.
