Bukidnon I Kaamulan Festival 2022 schedule of activities

Kaamulan is an ethnical artistic festivity in Malaybalay City in the fiefdom of Bukidnon, Philippines. This festivity was held in commemorating the establishment of Bukidnon as a Province and a celebration of peace, culture, and tradition of the people of Bukidnon.

From March to April, the people of Bukidnon have gathered annually with inclusive purposes; a Datuship ritual, a thanksgiving jubilee during crop season, a peaceful unification, a marriage ceremony; these activities can be witnessed during the long month of festivity.

This festival was shared by colorful ethnical groups that first inhabited the Bukidnon; the Higaonon, Talaandig, Manobo, Matigsalug, Tigwahanon, and Umayamnon.

Tagoloan is a municipality in the province of Misamis in the eastern Philippines. It is located southeast of the city of Cagayan de Oro. According to the 2020 Census, the population is  80,319 people.  On May 3, 1942,  the Kawamura detachment's Imperial Japanese Army began landing from Panay to Cagayan de Misamis and Tagoloan. After the Allies landed at Cagayan de Misamis, the city was liberated on  May 10, 1945.
