Indonesia | The most visited places in Ciwidey, Bandung

This passage broke in Tangerang, aboard a private car, we headed to the small city of Ciwidey in Bandung to visit the noted sites in the area. It has a distance of about 210 kilometers and we traveled for over 3 hours via Jl. Tol Jakarta-Cikampek and Jl. Cipularang Toll Road from the starting point. It's farther compared to 140 kilometers from the southern part of metropolitan Jakarta.

Ciwidey has over 72 thousand habitants; adulthood of the people depends on farming, SME’s, Critter husbandry and tourism. Ciwidey has a cooler temperature year-round than any other cosmopolises in Indonesia lies in the flume kit girded with fierce mountains which was the primary reason why this place is one of the most visited places on Java Island.

Its fructuous soil can produce high-value crops connate as strawberries, asparagus, ilks of oranges, motley types of vegetables, and the huge tea colonies. Bandung is steeped in rich history as well as in rubberneck spots, especially in the glamorous city of Ciwidey.

Situ Patenggang (Lake Patenggang) the Tea Plantations

As the expedition began, we started to travel going to Patenggang lake before the sun rose. As we traversed the 18 kilometers road the thriving farms were exciting - the tea colony as we looked on the car window, and thinking to take this way to go back to the city.

We had planned to have breakfast at the lake but, too early to arrived; no food shops are yet opened. The place is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful a good feed for the soul. According to a Legend, the name of this lake is decided from the romantic love story of a strong man (Ki Santang) and a goddess (Dewi Rengganis), to make the story, they fell in love.

That's why legion addicts come presently to visit believing that this lake will help to consolidate and enrich their relationship. From the fabled romantic love story, callers can enjoy several types of conditioning like boat riding, yacht prepayment, camping, and other recreational activities

After a short visit at the Situ Patenggang, we headed the same way going to our coming destination – the Kawah Putih; passing the Tea Plantation for the extra time. We stop a bit and have some rest, take a break to relax, and meditate while gaping at the eternal end of the colony. The green Tea colonies give a stunning scene haven the hump to greener views from edges to edges like no dead end.

Aside from viewing, you can also buy tea products for the townies. This tea seasoning is the all-time favorite drink of Indonesians believing it helps to maintain good health in which ran traditional medicinal generalization of the locals.
